Misson

To reach the lost with the love of God and the message of Jesus. That through His death on the cross and His resurrection from the dead all may receive eternal life.

Providing food, clothing and shelter for the poor. Offering a place where anyone can come rebuild their broken life and be restored to hope, self-worth and purpose.

This is the kind of fast day I’m after:
    to break the chains of injustice,
    get rid of exploitation in the workplace,
    free the oppressed,
    cancel debts.
What I’m interested in seeing you do is:
    sharing your food with the hungry,
    inviting the homeless poor into your homes,
    putting clothes on the shivering ill-clad,
    being available to your own families.
Do this and the lights will turn on,
    and your lives will turn around at once.
Your righteousness will pave your way.
    The God of glory will secure your passage.

Our Story

Blood-n-Fire Ministry of Alaska was founded May of 2005. Our team had been researching ministry models throughout the United States that would be a fit for the culture and need of Alaska. After connecting with many ministries and spending time with Blood-n-Fire Atlanta we agreed that Blood-n-Fire Alaska was the ministry the Lord would have us to start.

Blood-n-Fire started out as an outreach at “Land and Cabins”. We delivered small bags of food and love to the residents on a weekly basis. We called this outreach the “Treasure Box” because of the hidden treasures we found living in those cabins.

Since the beginning our heart was to empower people and and give them a hand in any capacity needed so they can see the greatness they are called to. With that in mind Blood-n-Fire has added a food and clothing pantry, crisis intervention and transitional living since opening our doors. All of this wouldn’t have been possible without the amazing partners we get to work with daily to see the Mat-Su Valley blessed.
